This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ZoneProbe for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Software Product").

ZoneProbe may provide updates, modifications, or new versions of the Software Product. This EULA applies to all such updates and modifications.

The Software Product may integrate with third-party services, including Google Maps. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Software Product only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this EULA. You must not:

- Transmit harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Subscription and Payment

7.2 Payment
You authorize ZoneProbe to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
ZoneProbe disclaims all warranties, including:
- Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Software Product will be error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of analysis results
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
8.2 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZONESENSE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software Product or Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZoneProbe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Software Product
- Your violation of this EULA
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your provision of inaccurate or illegal data
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software Product and discontinuing use of the Services.
10.2 Termination by ZoneProbe
ZoneProbe may terminate this EULA immediately if you:
- Violate any terms of this EULA
- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Software Product ceases
- You must uninstall the Software Product
- We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy
- Provisions that survive termination will remain in effect
11. Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You may not export or re-export the Software Product in violation of such laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
